What is there to say? She has the professionalism and caring that - sadly - is quite lacking in the modern age. But make no mistake that her kindness is weakness or softness. She is one of the fiercest Licensed Real Estate Sales Agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. You want her in your corner. The phrase "goes above and beyond" gets tossed around so much that it becomes cliché. Yona really does go above and beyond. She is there for you. She is an expert - available and quick to respond.
